Bursting with the best quality spices, inside the Sweet hamper you’ll find delights such as Gianduja, used to make the Hazelnut crumble cake and Mixed candied peel used in the Chocolate panforte with oranges and figs.

The hamper is not only full of the finest ingredients but also some kitchen equipment to help you create the perfect bakes from the book. There is a large bundt cake tin, which can be used to make the stunning Prune cake with Armagnac and walnuts, the Coffee and cardamom pound cake and Rum and raisin cake with rum caramel icing. A sugar thermometer is also included, to help cooks create flawless Saffron and pistachio brittle, Almond and aniseed nougat and Chocolate and peanut butter s'mores.
